My name is Pawan Pawar, a person who loves God, am a happy husband, and a proud father who dreams big and believes in God to accomplish great things in life. I'm the founder & CEO of Aalpha information systems Pvt Ltd. I love helping businesses to grow with the right technology. I have been in this tech industry for the last decade. Q: Who has been your biggest influence, and why did they have such a significant effect on you? Well!! I admire a lot of people in my life, but as I grew older, I realized that no one is perfect. Moreover, every one of us has flaws. So it’s quite difficult to follow someone. For me, the only person who comes quite close to the meaning of an influence is my father. I have known him personally very well and he has been a pillar of strength in my life. Q: Knowing what you know now, what advice would you have given your younger self? I am happy with my life. Importantly, investing in yourself and adapting things early makes you grow successfully in life. Q: What is Aalpha Information Systems? You need to prepare to face several ups and downs during the journey. Having faith in God and patience is the key to success in the business. Q: Where do you see things headed for you and the company in the next five years? In today’s fast-moving technology world, new technologies are coming into the market all the time. Undeniably, we need to adopt and implement the latest technology otherwise it’s hard to stand out in the market. We have already been working on emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, augmented reality, virtual reality, and blockchain technology.
