501(c)(3) Application Church
What is a 501(c)(3) Application Church?
The application process for obtaining 501(c)(3) status for a church is the same as with any other non-profit, and the forms are available on the IRS website.
In order for a church to maintain tax-exempt status, it must not be an action organization, or in other words must not try to exert any political influence.
